Representatives of Madurai textile industry invited to participate in international exhibition

A discussion regarding The India International Textile Machinery Exhibition (ITME), set to feature participation from 95 countries, was held in Madurai on Friday. Representatives of the Madurai Textile industry have been invited to participate in the exhibition.

The event was attended by the president of Tamil Nadu Chamber of Commerce and Industry N. Jegatheesan, MADITSSIA president V. Senthil Kumar and the representatives from industrial firms and textile sector across Madurai and its neighbouring cities.

The India International Textile Machinery Exhibition (ITME) is scheduled to take place in Noida from December 4 to 9. It will showcase the latest technological advancements and modern machinery in the textile sector. With representatives from 95 countries and over 1,800 exhibitors participating, the event will display a wide range of modern technologies and machinery.

The exhibition will highlight the innovations in automation, artificial intelligence, digitalization, environmental sustainability, and technologies designed to boost productivity, said a press release.
