Despite a heartbreaking 2-1 extra-time quarter-final defeat to England, supporters celebrated Norway’s best-ever World Cup run. The festivities featured a Royal Palace ceremony, a “Viking row” led by Crown Prince Haakon, and an open-top bus parade through the capital. Erling Haaland, who scored seven goals in the tournament, left early and missed the final celebrations.
