A regional-level Dak Adalat will be conducted at the office of the Post Master General (PMG), Western Region, Tamil Nadu, in Coimbatore. Its date will be intimated later.
The postal customers may send their complaints, including grievances related PLI/RPLI policy, to Assistant Director (Mails and Tech) office of the Post Master General, Western Region, Tamil Nadu, 641030, so as to reach the office of the PMG on or before June 22. The covers should be superscribed on top as ‘Dak Adalat Case’.
The complaints should contain full details such as date and time of posting, full address of the sender and address, registered consignment numbers with date and office of booking for money orders, VP, Registered, Insured and speed post articles.
If the complaint is about savings bank or postal life insurance, the RPLI, the complaint should contain the account numbers, PLI and RPLI policy numbers, name and address of the depositor/insurant. Name of the post office, the details of recovery and any reference of the Postal Department wherever available.
