Rohit Sharma’s “Garden Mein” Post Breaks The Internet. Yuvraj Singh, Suryakumar Yadav React

Posted on March 10, 2024 By admin

India captain Rohit Sharma is truly a leader that his teammates love. Every now and then, videos of Rohit’s hilarious moments with Team India players on the field go viral on social media. After the Indian team defeated England in the Dharamsala Test, winning the series 4-1, Rohit went out with some of the young players in the team. The India skipper also shared a picture of the outing on Instagram. In the picture, he could be spotted with Sarfaraz Khan, Dhruv Jurel, Shubman Gill and Yashasvi Jaiswal. It was Rohit’s caption of the picture that broke the internet.

“Garden mein ghoomne wale bande,” Rohit captioned the post, prompting replies from former India cricketer Yuvraj Singh, as well as current star Suryakumar Yadav.

While Yuvraj reacted with a laughing emoji, Suryakumar wrote: “Gill and Jaiswal definitely”.

After the end of the series, Rohit also shed light on his future, saying he would call it quits the moment he realises that he can’t contribute to the team anymore.

“One day, when I wake up and feel, I am not good enough then I will retire straightaway. But in the last few years I am playing the best cricket of my life,” Rohit told Jio Cinema after the end of the match.

The Hitman also lauded the team for the win against England as he said, “When you win a Test like this, everything has to fall in place. At some stage people are gonna (go) and people are gonna come and we know that.

“These (young) guys are maybe short of experience, they have played a lot of cricket and I can stand here and see that these guys responded pretty well under pressure. The credit goes to the entire team and it was pleasing to see.”

The veteran batter would now look to focus on the forthcoming IPL 2024 season with the Mumbai Indians.
