Kotak Mahindra Bank for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025, reported 4% Year on Year (YoY) growth in net profit to ₹3,446 crore.
Net Interest Income (NII) for the quarter increased to ₹7,565 crore, up 5% YoY.
Net Interest Margin (NIM) was lower at 4.54% for the quarter as compared with 4.93% in the year ago period.
During the period the bank’s net advances increased 16% YoY to ₹4,80,673 crore as at December 31, 2025.
Total period-end deposits grew to ₹5,42,638 crore, up 15% YoY.
Provisions for the quarter was ₹ 810 crore as compared with ₹794 crore a year ago.
As of December 31, 2025, GNPA was 1.30% as against 1.50% a year ago & NNPA was 0.31% as against 0.41% in the year ago period.
As of December 31, 2025, Provision Coverage Ratio stood at 76%.
For the period the bank reported consolidated net profit of ₹ 4,924 crore, up 5% YoY.
