This project will be undertaken in Joint Venture with Nacof Oorja Pvt Ltd with a project cost of about ₹384 crore and an annual revenue of about ₹53 crore, the company said.

PVV Housing Private Ltd, another subsidiary of the company , also received EPC contract for a 109 MW solar power project in the state of Uttar Pradesh and in the districts of Baghpat and Moradabad, in collaboration with Nacof OorjaPvt Ltd. The estimated value of the project is about ₹415 crore.

Subsequently, the Board of Directors also approved a strategic decision to expand the company’s presence in the Renewable Energy sector through Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).
